Sean Olabode Badiru is an Enterprise Transformation Architect and Chief Executive Officer of Africa Tech Hub Ltd. He works with boards, executive teams and institutional leaders to strengthen strategy execution, organisational performance, capability and technology-enabled transformation. His work combines rigorous diagnosis with practical design—helping leaders align strategy, governance, people, performance, operating systems and technology to deliver and sustain enterprise value.

His work is grounded in the belief that sustainable performance is built through alignment. Rather than treating strategy, governance, culture, performance, people and technology as separate agendas, he examines how they interact across the enterprise and where misalignment is limiting execution, adaptability and value creation.

For over two decades, Sean’s work has spanned organisational transformation, strategy execution, corporate governance, performance management, workforce capability, leadership and culture. This breadth enables him to connect issues that are often addressed in isolation and help leaders strengthen the systems and decisions that shape performance.

As Chief Executive Officer of Africa Tech Hub, Sean leads advisory, executive education and transformation engagements focused on enterprise performance, organisational capability and technology-enabled change. His work with technology and artificial intelligence is centred on where they create real enterprise value, how work and decisions should change around them, and the capabilities and governance required to translate adoption into measurable outcomes.

Sean is a Fellow of the Nigerian Institute of Training and Development, a Life Member of the Chartered Institute of Directors Nigeria, and serves on the Governing Council of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria. A Chartered Engineer by formation, he holds an MBA and a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, with executive education from the University of Illinois, University of Pennsylvania and Yale University.

He is also developing a body of research and writing on enterprise transformation, strategy execution, performance management and future-ready organisations, with a longer-term focus on practical diagnostics and methods that can be tested, refined and applied by organisations and practitioners.

Beyond his corporate work, Sean is the Founder of SkillUp and remains committed to developing young professionals through mentoring and leadership development. He also serves as Pastor-in-Charge of RCCG The Secret Place, Magodo, reflecting a broader commitment to developing people who can build, lead and strengthen institutions.
